Returns & Exchanges

At The Try Guys, we want you to love your gear as much as we loved making it. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label immediately.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn items in their original packaging and attach the printed shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Send It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, and we will process your refund or exchange once it arrives at our warehouse.
